Ordering Items at FashionBlast
To order items, first Sign up for an account, add your favorite items into Shopping Cart and finally chooce payment method (Google, Paypal, or Western Union) to check out
Prices listed on site are wholesale for the quality. if you purchase less than 12 items / order, you get extra charged of $2 / pc - this is not wholesale
Also to support wholesaler, we have following discount:
- 100+ pcs / order - resellers get 1% off
- 200+ pcs / order - resellers get 1.2% off
- 300+ pcs / order - resellers get 1.5% off
- 400+ pcs / order - resellers get 1.7% off
- 500+ pcs / order - resellers get 2.0% off
Let us know if you want to buy more than 500+ / order, special arrangement for you. Notice shipping will be much cheaper with more quantity.
Additional Fees
Additional Fees are made up of two parts: Certificate of Origin (CO) and Wholesale Policy Charge
1 - Certificate of Origin (CO):
- Description: This authority's fee applies if your country required CO for importing goods. Most likely you do not need them for all countries unless having 100+ pcs / order. However, please consult with your local post office for a guaranteed answer.
- Amount: $25.00
- Where to change: This fee is optional and choosable at checkout time.
2 - Wholesale Policy Charge: extra $2 / pc for not qualifying wholesale order. Please read right above section for detail.
Order Statuses and Their Meanings
To view your oredr, go to Account Management, Order History on left hand side. There, you will see status of your order. Each order has 4 statuses
- 1. Created: Order was created by shipping cart. However, there is chance you have not pad the order sucessfully; or 3rd party merchant (Google, Paypal) is investigating your credit before tell us to change your order status automatically. From this stutus, your order will go to 3. Payment Received if 3rd party merchant tells us your order is good; or 5. Canceled
- 3. Payment Received: Order was succesfully charged and under processing for shipment.
- 4. Shipped: Your order was shipped out of warehouse and in the hand of shipping company now. They will enter tracking into our system and subsequently, system will email you the tracking. When the shipping company enters tracking depends on thier own policies: some companies enter tracking right away, some required the package to fly off to get tracking. In any case, as soon as shipping company enters tracking into our system, customers receive them right away.
Paypal Checkout Method
PayPal is an account-based system that let anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.
Right now our low Paypal tax rate is set at %3.0 for US transactions and %3.6 for non US transactions.
Google Checkout Method
Google Checkout is yet another Google application to support merchant checkout processing . We are proud to be approved by Google to seamlessly incorporated their system into our system making your online shopping at ease.

Western Union Checkout Method
You can send money in minutes by Western Union service by going to your local Western Union to proceed payment there.
To make Western Union payment, first choose Western Union as a payment method in shopping cart screen. After created an order, click on your new order to see instruction how to send fund. The rate for transferring fund through Western Union usually %0.5 or less.
After paid, please email us mail@fashionblast.com back your full name, country, MTU number, your phone, and the order number you want it to be shipped.
Store Credit System
In case that an order is canceled for many reasons, we do not want you to go through the hassle of 3rd Party Merchants (Paypal, Google, WesternUnion, etc) because of transaction fee of every step.
Based on that, we derived a virtual credit system in which your payment amount will be retained on our site for future purchases. The system interface is completely automatic, fully controllable, easy to use, and above-all flexible enough for you to enjoy fashion with more confidence.
To receive credits - credits are usually granted but not limited to refund of order cancellation, item exchange, out-of-stock products, etc. Though from times times, we offer many promotions programs in which wholesalers receive alot of extra credits. Check back FashionBlast often to see more!
To release your store credit used on a create-status order. Just simply go to Account Management / Order History and click on Cancel button on that order.
